Mill Creek's first City Council meeting in 2022 did not disappoint! Three returning Councilmembers were sworn in; John Steckler, Stephanie Vignal, and Brian Holtzclaw, with Representative April Berg of the 44th District, presided over the ceremony. Additionally, our City Council voted on who would serve a two-year term as Mayor (Brian Holtzclaw) and Mayor Pro-Tem (Stephanie Vignal).
