Grammy Nominated Pianist to Perform at Mill Creek Town Center
The City of Mill Creek is thrilled to inaugurate Pianos on Main 2024 with a free extraordinary outdoor concert, a rare chance to experience the musical genius of Josh Rawlings live. On Monday, July 1, we invite you to be part of this unique event. Josh, a Grammy-nominated and Platinum Album Award-winning composer, studio musician, and performer, is the featured pianist on Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' multi-GRAMMY-winning album, The Heist. His signature sound can be heard on 'Same Love, 'Downtown,' and many other major albums. 

Getting to the concert will be a breeze with Community Transit. The new Swift Orange Line and other bus routes offer easy access to the Town & Country Market area. Request an ORCA card for a free bus ride to the concert at communitytransit.org/pianos.

After the concert, don't miss the opportunity to tour the Pianos on Main interactive exhibit, a unique experience sponsored by The City of Mill Creek and Community Transit. Play a tune on the same piano Josh Rawlings played, then take a leisurely walk along Main Street to play three other custom pianos donated by local organizations and residents. These pianos are located at the new Goldfish Swim School, on the Main Street Bridge across from Frost Donuts, and in front of LA Fitness.

Make Some Noise with Pianos on Main (7/1 - 9/9)
Pianos on Main lets residents and community members play their hearts out on four pianos throughout Mill Creek Town Center, July 1 - September 9.

Q13 Fox Seattle featured "Pianos on Main" during primetime in 2023. The "Driver on the Street" segment showcased our Mill Creek community in action! Photojournalist and Producer Michael Driver interviewed the City's Marketing & Communications team, Jody Hawkins & Scott Harder, and captured many talented musicians playing throughout Town Center.
