#2 Advent Lutheran Church
In 2005, the Advent Lutheran Church, located at 4306 132nd Street SE, was annexed into the City of Mill Creek. The church offers community services, a preschool and a community garden.

#3 The Gateway Building
The Gateway Building, located at 4220 132nd Street SE, was the first development constructed under the City’s EGUV zone. This project was constructed in 2012 to the west of and adjacent to the existing Advent Lutheran Church site. 132nd Street Land Development built the 24,000 square foot, two story medical / office building, which includes a parking lot, landscaping, and a plaza. Only the northern portion of the site directly adjacent to 132nd Street SE has been developed at this time, leaving the adjacent two lots to the south available for development at a future date.

#5 Vintage at Mill Creek
Vintage at Mill Creek, located at 4111 133rd Street SE, opened in the spring of 2017 and is a mixed-use development consisting of two five-story buildings with 15,539 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space and parking with 216 residential units above. The Mill Creek Senior Center is located on the ground floor.
In addition, three single-story garage buildings are located on the southern portion of the site adjacent to the existing single-family homes. Landscaping and open spaces are included as well as a 50-foot wide vegetated roadway buffer with sidewalk adjacent to 132nd Street SE. Access to Vintage is from a right-in and right-out only drive at 41st Avenue SE and 132nd Street SE.
